Lemongrass Grille, which has developed a following in Chesapeake for its healthy, vegan-friendly and moderately priced Asian menu, will branch out to Norfolk next year.
“You either grow, or you diminish,” Rob Brennan, the owner of Lemongrass, said last week. “The whole idea when I started doing this was that this concept is scalable.”
