Is convenience worth 40 cents more per gallon?

Gas prices have plunged to the $2 range in Hampton Roads – but not everywhere. Some stations are charging more than the $2.01 average for regular. A lot more.
Topping the list Thursday: Three stations – one in Norfolk and two at the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach – charged $2.40 a gallon, or $2.399 to be exact, according to GasBuddy.com. That’s nearly 40 cents above the local average.
